We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee projects from start to finish for a company that partners with clients in retail, restaurants, and hospitality. The role requires a broad skill set to manage construction processes, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate teams and subcontractors throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; ensure proper staffing and productivity.
• Manage daily jobsite activities, scheduling, sequencing, and progress tracking.
• Enforce compliance with plans, specifications, safety standards, permits, and local building codes.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues, conflicts, and deficiencies.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, submittals, and material deliveries with the project team.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, safety documentation, and jobsite records.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and inspection‑ready at all times.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience
• Thorough knowledge of trades and familiarity with computers and mobile devices
• Experience in high‑end retail tenant improvements and restaurant buildout projects
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and cost control
• Experience with construction software (Procore, PlanGrid, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project & Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client‑facing presence
