Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, renovations, and/or ground-up construction preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive project schedules.

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
