Next 150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent III to lead complex trade scopes or multiple crews on a major project. The role emphasizes field leadership, safety, quality, and schedule adherence, reporting onsite daily in New Florence, MO.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Construction Management and 2–8 years of superintendent experience, OSHA 30, and strong coordination and communication skills for multi-team environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in a superintendent role on construction projects.
• OSHA 30 hour certified or equivalent.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates trade contractors, self-performed crews, and field activities.
• Develops, documents, and communicates detailed work plans for assigned scopes.
• Ensures permits, inspections, and compliance documentation are in place.
• Acts as safety representative for assigned scopes and enforces safety policies.
• Oversees quality control and conducts inspections; implements corrective actions.
• Leads contractor meetings and coordinates activities with field/project leadership.
• Maintains daily field reports, safety documentation, and production records.
• Creates and manages trade-level schedules and contingency plans.
