Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistants, contractors, and craft activities on a Wisconsin project. You will develop customer relationships and ensure the project team follows schedules and processes.

The role offers progression from Superintendent I to II with compensation based on experience and location. A degree or 10 years of trade experience is acceptable, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or 10 years trade experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate policies clearly.
• Proficient in MS Office and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan materials, equipment, and inspections to support project schedule.
• Review drawings for completeness and constructability with design engineers.
• Develop and manage project schedule and site logistics.
• Coach and develop team members; hire/transfer staff when needed.
• Lead safety, quality, risk, and compliance, and drive improvements.
