Job summary

MPI is seeking a construction Superintendent to manage daily onsite activities from mobilization through completion across a variety of commercial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics while maintaining schedules, quality, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will read drawings, review RFIs and change orders, lead coordination meetings, and communicate progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a mix of project types
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore experience preferred
• OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage daily onsite construction activities from mobilization through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
• Lead weekly subcontractor and project coordination meetings
• Monitor quality control and ensure work complies with plans, specs, and building codes
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain OSHA compliance
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to the project management team
• Identify potential issues early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
