Job summary

MPI is recruiting a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across the country. You will manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with owners, inspectors, and vendors to deliver complex facilities on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Lead daily site operations from mobilization through turnover, oversee QA/QC, and drive continuous improvement using Lean Construction techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specs.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations from mobilization through turnover.
• Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of mission-critical facilities.
• Coordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, and critical path activities.
• Review drawings, specs, and submittals for field compliance.
• Lead planning sessions and scheduling with trade partners.
• Monitor labor productivity and resource allocation across phases.
• Ensure QA/QC meets project specs and client expectations.
• Support commissioning, startup, and turnover procedures.
