Job summary

MPI is seeking a construction Superintendent to manage daily onsite activities from mobilization through completion across a variety of commercial projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics while maintaining schedules, quality, and safety standards.

The successful candidate will read drawings, review RFIs and change orders, lead coordination meetings, and communicate progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing a mix of project types
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Procore experience preferred
  • OSHA 30 preferred

Responsibilities

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
  • Experience managing a mix of project types rather than being limited to one market.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and site safety.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Procore experience is preferred.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
