  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA certification and other relevant construction credentials preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
