Job summary

ETC Companies, LLC seeks experienced Site Superintendents and Project Manager for a new project in the Washington, DC & surrounding DMV areas. You will oversee all phases from planning to execution, allocate resources, and manage field reporting while ensuring safety and quality on site.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience overseeing Multifamily Construction rehabs and renovations.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Proficient in Timberline and Raken preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

Large GC specializing in Affordable Multifamily Rehabs and Renovations, looking for Site Superintendents and Project Manager for new project in Washington, D.C & surrounding DMV areas.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Computer proficiency a MUST–experience with Timberline, Raken a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strict attention to detail
• Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Ability to process requests quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and self-starter
• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software
