Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on Santa Cruz area commercial projects. You will manage safety, quality and daily coordination with on-site teams and subcontractors.

The role requires 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor, strong communication with PMs and owners, and a hands-on leadership approach. On-site, permanent position with excellent growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC.
• Proven ability to run jobsite schedules, logistics, and subcontractors.

• Experience with ground-up and/or large-scale renovations.
