The Superintendent provides on-site coordination for all phases of construction, including subcontractor coordination, materials, and equipment, ensuring quality standards and schedules are met. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, quality control, and safety management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Planning and executing field work, including scheduling and directing subcontractors
• Maintaining all required on-site records for local authorities
• Ensuring subcontractor compliance with certified layout and dimensional controls
• Monitoring work for compliance with drawings and specifications
• Coordinating quality control programs
• Collaborating with Project Manager and General Superintendent during pre-construction
• Managing OSHA-compliant safety protocols
• Ensuring details and design match soil report recommendations and local conditions
• Using computer software for communication and collaboration
• Managing project closeout, including punchlists and commissioning
• Maintaining daily logs, records, and incident analysis
• Proper expense coding and documentation
• Utilizing tools like Newforma, Raken, and P drive for documentation and communication
• Participating in design tollgates and project reviews
• Resolving construction issues efficiently
• Attending management meetings and updating schedules
• Facilitating coordination with architects, PMs, and subcontractors

Job Requirements
