Catamount Constructors, an industry-leading national general contractor, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for our San Antonio, TX office. Prior experience working in commercial projects such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, or financial institutions is required. This is a 100% traveling role, with projects across the U.S.

Supervises and coordinates daily activities of construction workers, contractors, sub-contractors, and Assistant Superintendents. Ensures project progress aligns with plans and Owner specifications in collaboration with the Project Manager, Architects, and Owners.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore software is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or GED; 7+ years of related experience, preferably on projects valued between $10m-$70m.
Oversees project site staff, contractors, and subcontractors.
