Ideal candidates will possess 5–8+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably in data centers, and must be OSHA 30 certified. Compensation ranges from $88,000 to $105,000, along with bonuses and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling, QA/QC, and subcontractor management skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and trades on mission-critical systems.
• Oversee inspections, QA/QC, and commissioning readiness.
• Enforce strict safety standards and maintain site documentation.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and field-level problem-solving.

Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on mission‑critical data center projects across Northern Virginia. Responsible for daily site coordination, schedule execution, safety, and quality—delivering projects on time in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. This is a direct hire opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, subcontractors, and daily huddles
• Drive schedule, sequencing, and milestone completion
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, and trades on mission‑critical systems
• Oversee inspections, QA/QC, and commissioning readiness
• Enforce strict safety standards and maintain site documentation

Compensation

$88,000–$105,000 + bonus, vehicle/allowance, and strong benefits package.

Qualifications
