This role focuses on managing concrete and structural steel work, site logistics, and coordination with Project Managers, Owners, and inspectors on high-rise developments.

You will lead field operations from sitework through enclosure, maintain schedules, ensure safety and quality, and drive production with multiple subs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience on concrete and steel high-rise projects.
• Strong proficiency in core and shell, concrete, and structural steel construction.
• Experience developing look-ahead schedules and detailed plans.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and complex schedules.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for ground-up construction projects from sitework through enclosure.

• Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings.

• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Produce look-ahead schedules and track critical path activities.
