What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil/site development, ideally including utilities, grading, and paving
• Proven leadership as a Superintendent (General or Sr. level) on multi-million dollar projects
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple scopes simultaneously
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leader who can help build a presence in the Texas market
