Job summary

Casey Brothers Construction, LLC is expanding in the Dallas area and seeks a seasoned Site Construction General Superintendent to lead field operations for site-work projects up to $10M. You will manage scheduling, budgets, safety, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder communications on multiple job sites.

You will serve as on-site leader, mentoring field supervisors and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.

Qualifications

  • : Minimum 7-10 years of superintendent experience in site work or civil construction (grading, utilities, paving).
  • : Demonstrated experience managing large site-work projects in the DFW region.
  • : Proficient in reading plans, specs, and construction documents; able to interpret drawings and manage field operations.
  • : Excellent scheduling, cost-control, and problem-solving abilities.
  • : On-site full-time availability; occasional travel within the Metroplex.
  • : Proficiency with construction software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, MS Office) preferred.
  • : Valid driver’s license; access to multiple job sites across DFW.
  • : OSHA 30, TWIC, or similar safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and equipment for earthworks, utilities, grading, storm drainage, paving, site concrete, and site finishing activities.
  • Ensure daily operations align with the project schedule and proactively identify/resolve delays or bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, local agencies, and clients.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols, maintain incident logs, and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Monitor jobsite budget, labor hours, equipment usage, and materials; report variances and propose corrective action.
  • Review project plans, specs, RFIs, change orders, and submittals; ensure field compliance.
  • Conduct daily/weekly toolbox talks, jobsite meetings, inspections, and progress reporting.
  • Maintain accurate jobsite documentation: daily reports, logs, photos, manpower records, subcontractor compliance.

Job description

Casey Brothers Construction, LLC is a leading site-work contractor delivering high-quality earthworks, utilities, grading, paving, and underground systems for commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential developments. We will be expanding our team in the DFW market in 2026 and seek a seasoned Site Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations.

Position Summary

The Site Construction General Superintendent will oversee all field operations for one or more site-work projects (up to $10M) from mobilization through completion.

You’ll be responsible for scheduling, budgets, quality, safety, subcontractor coordination, resource management, and stakeholder communications.

You serve as the on-site leader to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the company’s standards, and as a General Superintendent responsible for managing other projects managed by Job Foremen.

Compensation

$96,500 - $110,500

Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of superintendent experience in site work or civil construction (i.e., grading, utilities, paving).
  • Demonstrated experience managing large site-work projects in the DFW region.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Proficient in reading plans, specs, and construction documents; able to interpret drawings and manage field operations accordingly.
  • Excellent scheduling, cost-control, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Itinerary: typical requirement is being on-site full-time; occasional travel within the Metroplex.
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, and MS Office) is preferred.
