Job summary

Jobot is seeking a construction leader to oversee and mentor field staff on high-value commercial projects in Norfolk, VA. You will develop site logistics, coordinate trade partners, and drive construction schedules while ensuring quality and safety.

• Perform constructability review.
• Manage the coordination with authorities having jurisdiction and all special inspections required.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with the established quality requirements.
• Lead and enforce safety standards and requirements.
