• Strong knowledge of construction processes including earthwork, concrete, structural steel, and design-build methods.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Local or willing to work primarily in the Kentucky region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects from start to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and daily operations.
• Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinate with pre-construction, design, and project management teams.
• Monitor progress, quality control, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results.
• All other duties as assigned to support successful project delivery.
