Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in the Detroit Metro Area. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at construction sites, ensuring safety standards are met, managing project schedules, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. The role involves organizing and directing workers, maintaining budget controls, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Proven track record managing ground-up car wash and/or self-storage projects from entitlement to turnover.
• OSHA 30 Certification required; OSHA 510/500 strongly preferred.
• Project Management and Budgeting expertise
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with commercial and residential construction projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
