iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee multifamily projects across the Midwest and Southeast. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication to coordinate on-site teams, subcontractors, and client expectations while traveling between sites.

Based in Indiana with extensive travel, this position offers a competitive salary, per diem for housing, a housing/food allowance, and vehicle or allowance options.

Compensation

• Salary target of 100-140kdepending on experience level
• Per diem for housing, food allowance, vehicle or allowance
