They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to achieve project objectives.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control measures, addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects.

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred) and strong knowledge of safety protocols.
