The Contractor Consultants is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Civil Construction Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish. This role is crucial in ensuring that field operations run efficiently, safely, and profitably while maintaining top-tier quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, mechanical systems, and wastewater treatment plant projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Leadership: Lead by example in implementing safety policies, ensure safety compliance, conduct daily safety meetings, and complete safety reports within 24 hours.
2. Pre-Construction Planning: Review project documents, assist in planning resources, and coordinate with equipment and material departments.
3. Construction Execution: Develop work plans, optimize production, manage field personnel, oversee subcontractors, maintain site organization, and ensure accurate documentation.
4. Post-Construction: Conduct final walk-throughs with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy civil water/wastewater construction experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (a plus).
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to interpret contracts, blueprints, and specifications.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Preferred Licenses & Certifications

• Mechanical & Wastewater Treatment Plant Experience
• OSHA 10 & 30
• Confined Space, Fall Protection, Excavation, Stormwater Inspection, First Aid/CPR, Asbestos Supervisor, Defensive Driving
