Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Submittal Coordinator to manage project submittals through start-to-finish with precision.

The role involves coordinating with Project Engineers, Managers, and subcontractors, and ensuring timely submissions and closeouts while using Sage 300 and Procore. You will collaborate with the project team, learn the submittal process, and support the closeout package to the client.

Qualifications

• Experience in the retail and/or fast food construction industry a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications
• Knowledge of general contracting and sub-contracting process, how to construct a building, terms, methods, and scheduling
• Ability to learn how to effectively utilize Sage 300, Procore, and Business Management Software throughout each construction project
• Intermediate level working experience with MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Outlook, and edit/markup Adobe PDFs
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders services, processes and procedures, and business lines.
• Meet with Project Engineers and Project Managers to understand job flow and project responsibilities.
• Learn the submittal process and build the submittal log; work with subcontractors and the architect for approvals.
• Learn project management software, i.e., Sage 300 and ProCore.
• Build positive working relationships with team members across departments.
