The position requires 5+ years in accounting within construction, strong expertise in pay applications, billing, AR/AP, and job costing, and proficiency with Procore and Textura. Collaboration with leadership, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experience.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or office construction accounting.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting, billing, AR, AP, and reporting.
• Experience with pay applications, subcontractor documentation, and insurance tracking.
• Proficiency with Procore and Textura.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Oversee subcontractor-related accounting processes, including pay applications, documentation, insurance tracking, and compliance support.
• Prepare financial reports, job costing information, and project accounting updates for management review.
• Support billing workflows and project administration using construction accounting tools such as Procore and Textura.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and vendors to resolve accounting discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with HR-related administrative and payroll coordination tasks as needed.
