Job summary

Qualifications

• Position requires ability to interpret instructions from written, oral, diagram, schedule forms or blueprints.
• Minimum of two years of documented construction experience in the listed tasks.
• General construction journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prime and paint interior and exterior walls, doorways, finishes on closets, cabinets and furniture.
• Construct, repair and maintain wooden structures and furniture; repair concrete; repair sheetrock and plaster walls.
• Repair and replace floor coverings, windows, caulk and waterproof equipment installations; apply fire caulking to code.
