Job summary

SGMC Health is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations on the Main Campus. The role ensures a clean, safe, and orderly environment by managing schedules and staff during the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in housekeeping or environmental services, plus 1+ year of supervisory experience. You will train and supervise staff, participate in performance improvement, and uphold quality standards across patient areas and facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years housekeeping/environmental services experience preferred.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with housekeeping standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of Environmental Services to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
• Assists Coordinating Manager in maintaining high quality housekeeping standards.
• Trains, supervises, and motivates staff; ensures schedules are completed.
• Participates in department performance improvement activities.
