General Services Corporation is expanding a hands-on maintenance role focused on larger property improvements and special projects across our communities. This is not a traditional onsite position, but a dynamic, team-based role that emphasizes collaboration and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in general building and grounds maintenance.
• Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Passing a criminal background check required.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
• Building bulkheads and walls
• Water-proofing
• Drainage/Excavation
• Removing trees
• Minor carpentry repair
• Installing fences
• Repairing playgrounds
• Installing, repairing and cleaning gutters
