Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist the construction team, manage materials, and help keep the site safe. You will support carpenters, handle materials, and organize tools while ensuring equipment is maintained and kept in good repair.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in construction or related fields, knowledge of blueprints, and OSHA safety awareness. A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in construction or maintenance related field.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Aid all positions on the construction team.
• Oversee materials and debris; keep the site safe.
• Assist carpenters with construction tasks and material handling.
• Organize tools and ensure equipment is maintained.
