Job summary

The White Earth Nation is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction projects managed by White Earth Finance Contracting. The role requires coordinating design reviews, bid packages, submittals, RFIs, and contractor meetings to ensure work aligns with plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Architecture or Construction Management Field and at least five (5) years of direct field experience with progressive responsibility; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance for travel between sites and other business-related destinations.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Must complete all training and receive certifications within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site management of construction projects for White Earth Finance Contracting.
• Coordinate pre-construction and bid phases, prepare bid packages and project schedules.
• Attend bid openings and review bids for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate submittals and RFIs with contractors and AE firm; relay approvals.
• Maintain site safety, post OSHA posters, ensure MSDS compliance, and keep a clean, organized site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and conduct contractor meetings; document decisions.
