Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• OR Four (4) years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of construction industry experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, codes, regulations, safety standards, and cost controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• OSHA 10‑Hour Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day field operations in coordination with the Construction Project Manager and Senior Superintendent.
• Coordinate schedules for materials, equipment, workforce, and subcontractors to meet timelines.
• Review project scopes and bid packages for field sequencing considerations.
• Manage site utilization, security, logistics, and support services.
• Review shop drawings, product data, and materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Maintain daily reports, field records, and project documentation.
• Oversee field testing requirements and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage 4-week look‑ahead schedules to keep projects on track.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, deliveries, submittals, and documentation.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

What You Bring
