Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site field operations across assigned construction projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily activities, maintain schedules, enforce safety requirements, and ensure quality workmanship.

This role may serve as Project Quality Control Manager (QCM) and/or Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). You will implement QC and safety programs, prepare inspections and reports, and collaborate with Project

Qualifications

Experience directing field operations on construction projects.
Ability to enforce safety requirements and quality workmanship.
Strong coordination with subs, managers, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects.
Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and contract requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all onsite construction activities.
Maintain organized, professional, and productive jobsite conditions.
Monitor project progress and identify obstacles affecting schedule, quality, or productivity.
Coordinate workforce, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support project objectives.
