Job summary

Talion Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at the Arvin, CA project. You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and owners to ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety rules.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, QC tracking, RFIs, and field data collection. Strong leadership, communication, and detail orientation are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• OSHA 30 in Construction is required.
• Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) is required.
• EM 385-1-1 40 hours is required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the construction site with Talion employees, subcontractors, and project owners.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and owners to ensure smooth workflow, inspections, and testing.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications to ensure correct execution.
• Implement Quality Control Plan, track deficiencies, and report findings.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections and RFIs; manage submittals with field data.
• Maintain project documentation including daily reports and sign-in sheets.
• Assist with material and subcontractor procurement; prepare purchase orders.
• Ensure site safety; support the SSHO and attend safety meetings.
• Travel as required; manage timecards and meal/rest break compliance.
