Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to keep subcontractors, suppliers, and employees on schedule.
• Develop and distribute project execution and site logistics plans.
• Supervise all onsite construction activities and ensure safety and quality.
• Review labor reports, certifications, and trainings; participate in safety meetings.
• Coordinate with equipment providers and manage quantity takeoffs during buyout.
• Support project manager with scheduling, setup, execution, and demobilization.
