Job summary

Sunstall Inc. is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage day-to-day operations at the project site and to control short-term schedules.

The role includes quality control and coordination with subcontractors, with emphasis on safety and timely delivery. Responsibilities include leading scheduling, coordinating field activities, reviewing drawings, maintaining project records, and communicating with the Project Manager and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA-30 certification required or in progress.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for site travel.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for maintaining the schedule on assigned construction projects.
• Provide two-week look-ahead schedules and narratives to Project Manager.
• Identify corrective actions for projects behind schedule or over budget.
• Maintain project continuity among subcontractors and designers through documentation and communication.
• Review customer requirements and RFQ documentation.
• Hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors and in-house crews.
• Ensure safety compliance per project documents.
