Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily activities of Security Officers to ensure post orders are followed.
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping for continuous site coverage.
Conduct regular site inspections for uniform, equipment, and duty performance.
Monitor access control and visitor logs per client protocols.
Respond to emergencies and incidents with leadership and direction.
Prepare incident reports and daily logs accurately and on time.
Support onboarding and training of new security personnel.
Maintain professional communication with client and site staff.
