Qualifications

• Must speak fluent Spanish.
• Must hold Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods outdoors.
• Ability to complete accurate written reports and follow instructions.
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence on the construction site.
• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor safety and deter theft.
• Observe, document, and report incidents, hazards, or irregularities.
• Control access to the site, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized entry.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, or incidents per established protocols.
• Enforce safety regulations and access procedures for all personnel.
• Assist site personnel, visitors, or contractors as needed.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to ensure coverage.
