Job summary

Prosegur Security in Houston, TX is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer for an active construction site. You will maintain a visible security presence, monitor access, and report incidents promptly to protect people and assets.

Must speak fluent Spanish, hold a Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed License, a valid driver’s license, and a High School Diploma. This is a full-time position with 2nd/3rd shifts and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity on the construction site.
• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor site safety and protect assets.
• Observe, document, and report incidents, hazards, or irregularities per procedures.
• Control access to the site, verify credentials, ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents per protocols.
• Enforce safety regulations and access control procedures.
• Provide assistance and directions to site personnel, visitors, or contractors.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct per company standards.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure site coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Site Supervisor or Account Manager.
