Qualifications

• Must possess a current State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with staff, management, and clients.
• Knowledge of access control, visitor management, and incident response protocols.
• Basic computer proficiency and report-writing skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work outdoors in a construction environment.
• Remain calm, professional, and decisive in routine and emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Security Officers to ensure post orders and procedures are followed.
• Assist the Account Manager with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping for continuous site coverage.
• Conduct regular site inspections for proper uniform, equipment, and performance.
• Monitor access control procedures, visitor logs, and vehicle entry per client protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with leadership and direction.
