Qualifications

• Must speak fluent Spanish.
• Must possess a Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Unarmed Security License.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Security or customer service experience preferred (construction or industrial setting a plus).
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to complete accurate written reports and follow detailed instructions.
• Background check, drug screening, and MVR check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence on a construction site.
• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Observe, document, and report incidents or hazards.
• Control access to the site, verify credentials and entry permissions.
• Respond to emergencies and alarms following established protocols.
• Enforce site rules and safety regulations.
• Provide directions and assist site personnel and visitors.
• Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure site coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Site Supervisor or Account Manager.
