Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative for active construction sites. You will report to the Regional HSE Consultant and drive safety culture through inspections, training, and documentation.

Responsibilities include audits, incident investigations, job planning, and emergency preparedness. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with CPR/First Aid/AED certification and OSHA 500/510 credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• All safety professionals must have CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• OSHA 500 Basic Instructor Course (Construction) and/or OSHA 510 and fall protection/MEWP experience.
• Experience with HAZCOMM and respiratory protection.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Promote, monitor, and support safe working conditions across active construction sites.
• Inspect, audit, and address hazards and non-compliance.
• Maintain safety documentation, logs, and SDS binders for audit readiness.
• Design and deliver safety trainings (new hire orientations, toolbox talks).
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Assist with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and site safety plans.
• Coordinate emergency response plans and liaison with local responders.
