Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative to promote, monitor, and support safe conditions across active construction sites. You will work with regional HSE leadership, site supervisors, project managers, and contractors to identify hazards and enforce OSHA standards.

The role requires OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and a relevant safety degree or 5+ years in construction safety management, with strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Hold current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction card, updated every two years via approved vendor.
• Degree in safety or at least five years of full-time construction safety management experience.
• One of ASP, CHST, or CSP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and hazard oversight across sites.
• Manage safety documents, logs, SDS binders, and project files; ensure audit readiness.
• Design and deliver safety trainings, toolbox talks, and specialized sessions.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Review JHAs/AHAs and assist in site safety plans.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and liaise with local responders.
• Perform additional safety tasks as directed by leadership.
