Job summary

Securus Safety Solutions LLC is seeking a Site Safety Representative to promote and monitor safe working conditions across active construction sites in Houston, TX. The role reports to the Regional HSE Consultant and collaborates with site teams, trade contractors, and emergency responders.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, documentation control, training delivery, incident investigations, and development of site safety plans.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Card and CPR/First Aid/AED certification are required.
• Strong ability to lead safety programs and communicate across teams.
• Experience applying safety standards on construction sites.
• Proficiency with safety management platforms and digital records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety inspections and audits across sites.
• Manage and maintain site safety documentation and records.
• Design and deliver safety training and toolbox talks.
• Lead or support incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Assist in developing Job Hazard Analyses and site safety plans.
