BERTOLOTTO PORTE INC is seeking a motivated and hardworking Job Site Runner/Helper to join our team in Miami, FL. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a dynamic company where your hustle and reliability will be valued every day.

If you love staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that gets things done — this role is for you. You will assist crew members, transport materials, and support installation and construction activities on active job sites.

Qualifications

Prior experience in construction, labor, or job-site helper role preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
Strong work ethic with a team-player attitude.
Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, or door/hardware products is a plus.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in Miami's climate and on active job sites.

Responsibilities

Assist crew members and tradespeople with day-to-day job site tasks and operations
Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
Support installation and construction activities under the direction of lead technicians
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment at all times
Run errands and make supply runs to vendors, warehouses, or supply stores
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and priorities
