If you love staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that gets things done — this role is for you. You will assist crew members, transport materials, and support installation and construction activities on active job sites.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, labor, or job-site helper role preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic with a team-player attitude.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, or door/hardware products is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Miami's climate and on active job sites.
