Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation to report to office or jobsite.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds during the day.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with general construction labor and daily jobsite activities.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support Superintendents and Project Managers with project needs.
