Qualifications

• Prior experience in a construction, labor, or job site helper role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew members and tradespeople with day-to-day job site tasks and operations
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites as needed
• Support installation and construction activities under the direction of lead technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site environment at all times
• Run errands and make supply runs to vendors, warehouses, or supply stores
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and priorities
