• Prior experience in construction, labor, or job site helper role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic with a team-oriented attitude.

• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Communicate effectively with team leads regarding job site needs and priorities.
