The role involves frequent driving to job sites, inspecting deliveries, maintaining accurate records, processing POs in company software, and coordinating with field crews, vendors, and office staff while adhering to safety policies and keeping storage areas organized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.
• Experience in construction, logistics, or a similar field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn company software systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role is essential to keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Run errands and transport materials, tools, and supplies to and from job sites, vendors, and office locations.

Support construction crews by ensuring needed parts and equipment are delivered promptly.

Receive, inspect, and check in deliveries for accuracy and quality.

Maintain organized records of materials, deliveries, and inventory and manage field purchase orders (POs) in company software.

Process and track service tickets using company systems.

Communicate effectively with field crews, vendors, and office staff.

Assist in maintaining clean and organized storage, warehouse, or job site areas.

Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Previous experience in construction, logistics, or a similar field preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficiency and ability to learn company software systems

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Frequent driving to various locations, including job sites and supplier facilities

Ability to lift and carry materials (typically up to 50 lbs)

Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Willingness and ability to travel, including working in remote areas

Flexible schedule as needed to support job site demands
