Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a New Construction General Laborer to provide hands-on support across multiple trades, enabling projects to progress safely and efficiently.

The role requires working on active job sites, assisting carpenters, masons, and electricians, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Ideal candidates have foundational construction knowledge, are comfortable with a range of tools, and can handle heavy physical tasks outdoors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction or general manual labor experience.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather.
• Must follow verbal instructions from site supervisors and work with team members.

Responsibilities

• Material logistics: assist with receiving, staging, and distributing trade materials.
• Site safety & cleanup: maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and support trash removal.
• Formwork & prep: assist with setup and assembly of concrete formwork and general site prep.
• Quality & measurement: take accurate measurements and assist with verification of work to project guidelines.
• Tool & equipment upkeep: perform routine maintenance on hand and power tools.
• Trade support: assist carpenters, masons, painters and other trades with measuring, holding materials or tool operation.
