Next 150 Construction Services in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Labor Journeyman to perform basic housekeeping on construction sites and support carpenters, masons, and other trades. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• OSHA 10-hour certification recommended; Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining if necessary
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire
• Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
• Navigate construction job site terrain
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
• Provide labor support to carpenters, masons, and other contractors, work to be directed by Foreperson
• Report all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of the above listed shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management
